Friday night, July 29th, two friends and I went to see the Broadway Musical "Million Dollar Quartet". This is a loosely adapted story of the day that Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis and Car l Perkins were all at Sun Records Studio on the same day. The story is told through the narration of Sam Phillips, the man who discovered each one, and is wrapped up with incredible musical performances from each o f the actors. The young man playing Johnny Cash, Sean Sullivan pictured left, was a 1996 graduate of Fisher-Catholic High School in Lancaster, Ohio! Just 10 miles from my alma-mater Amanda-Clearcreek. It was an excellent, upbeat, energetic show!
